Nedcan Construction Ltd is a local, family-owned general contractor and design / build specialist based in Terrace, BC, Canada.

The company is BC Housing licensed, home warranty insured and is a registered retrofit contractor with the Home Performance Stakeholder Council (HPSC).

High-quality craftsmanship is at the heart of all our projects. Our dedicated team of trades and preferred sub-contractors are hand-selected by us to ensure a professional and efficient job-site and final product. David Wulms

Founder & Co-Owner

David has a wealth of experience with new construction, technical renovations and home systems. He’s been in the business since he was a kid in the Netherlands, where he joined his Dad and crew on Saturdays, soaking up knowledge and perfecting his craft on job sites. He eventually brought that European skillset to Northern BC and secured his general contractor’s license in 2011. You’ll mostly find David on-site, supervising and sometimes working as lead carpenter. His hands-on approach to building and management, and talent for solving technical construction problems, ensures all site operations run on schedule and to budget.

Rowena Chamboné

Founder & Co-Owner

Rowena and David incorporated Nedcan in 2014. Like David, she was born and raised in a construction company family in the Netherlands. High-level project management is Rowena’s forte - she’s strong on detail, juggling assemblies and budgets with keen focus. That focus also has a creative outlet; Rowena is the company’s in-house designer with decades of experience bringing clients’ visions to life. But don’t be surprised if you see her on-site - swinging a hammer, painting or pushing a broom - doing what needs to be done to move a project along.
