We start by consulting with you on your vision, asking the right questions to figure out your requirements and aspirations - functional and aesthetic. An early stage site visit is essential. For your peace of mind, we invite you to view some of our past projects. We then create a budget and schedule of work. Contracts are drawn up and signed.

We enjoy working with architects, but if you’d prefer a one-stop shop, Nedcan offers in-house design. We’re especially experienced in West Coast style timber frame builds. We create CAD and shop drawings as well as renders. All design materials are shared, and amended if required.

Nedcan runs a tight ship and that wouldn't be possible without stellar office support. We take care of contract administration, select and assemble the trades and sub-contractor team for your project, manage the budget, design and construction flow.

Depending on project size, a dedicated manager is assigned to your project. He/she liaises with the site supervisor and trades, sources and procures materials, manages the schedule making sure deliverables are on-time, and collects project data to help reduce risk and improve performance.

We have the design, plan and schedule, it’s time to get to work on-site. Led by a supervisor, our specialist trades, skilled labourers and sub-contractors set about realizing the vision. Nedcan is WSBC insured - we take job site health and safety seriously. Frequent client check-ins are encouraged, particularly when key milestones are met.
