Sit down with our in-house designer or introduce us to your architect/designer. We’ll take care of permits and liaise with City or District planners and engineers. On-site, our experienced team of supervisors and specialist trades work hard to satisfy local bylaws and exceed the BC Building Code standard.
A healthy home means a happy family. We use locally sourced, natural materials with a focus on wood products. For energy efficiency, all our projects comply with the BC Energy Step Code, from the minimum standard to Energy Star to Net Zero.
